Terms of Service Agreement

Welcome to Melz Logistics. These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern your use of our logistics, courier, and warehousing services. By engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Melz Logistics provides technology-driven courier services, customs clearance, warehousing, and cold-chain solutions across Ghana and West Africa. Specific service details, including freight transport and inventory management, are defined at the time of booking or via a separate service contract.

Users are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information regarding their shipments, including dimensions, weight, and contents. You must ensure that all shipments comply with local, national, and international laws, including customs regulations.

Estimated delivery timelines are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed. Melz Logistics is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, customs inspections, or traffic conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Melz Logistics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability for lost or damaged goods is limited to the declared value of the shipment or as specified in relevant international transport conventions.

Payment for services is due according to the billing cycle established at the time of service. Late payments may be subject to penalties or suspension of services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific service agreement.

You agree to indemnify and hold Melz Logistics harmless from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your breach of this Agreement or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration before resorting to litigation, in accordance with the laws of Ghana.

Melz Logistics reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
